It is important that you have the right measurements before you order any Ardyss products so that you will purchase the right size for your body. Luckily, finding your measurements is very easy. It will only take you 10 minutes (or less). You can measure yourself, or ask a friend to help you out.

What you need:

• Measuring tape
• Pen & paper (to write down measurements)
• A friend (optional)

A few notes before you start:

Certain Ardyss products will require different measurements. If you know which product you would like to buy, you can look to see which measurement(s) they require first.

Round measurements down to the nearest unit.  For example, if your measurement is 36 1/2 inches, the size that you will want is a 36.

There are three different measurements that you may be required to have. Most of the Ardyss products require only the THORAX (under bust) measurement. Below are the three measurements and how to find them.

Thorax Measurement:

1. Start by placing the tape at the center of your chest bone, and push it up so that it is tight
2. While keeping it tight up on your chest bone, wrap the tape around to the back
3. Allow the tape to follow the natural curves of your body as you are wrapping it around your back. This should result in a slight taper downwards towards your waist
4. Make sure that it feels snug and firm, but do not make it too tight
5. Write down the measurement

*Many of the Ardyss products require only this measurement, so it may be a good idea to see if the products you wish to purchase require any of the next measurements before continuing.

Chest (bust):

1. Place the measuring tape on your chest right at the nipple line
2. Wrap it around your back in a straight line
3. Make sure that it feels snug and firm, but do not make it too tight
4. Write down the measurement

Hips:

1. Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips in a straight line
2. Make sure that it feels snug and firm, but do not make it too tight
3. Write down the measurement

Now that you have the measurements, the chart below will help you determine what size you should purchase.
